## Changes
The materialized templates included in #2146 include Python code that we
require to be formatted. Instead of running ruff as part of the
testcase, we can enforce that all Python code in the repository is
formatted. It won't be possible to have a passing acceptance test for
template initialization with unformatted code.
## Changes
The built-in template contains a reference to `${bundle.environment}`.
This property has been deprecated in favor of `${bundle.target}` a long
time ago (#670), so we should no longer emit it. The environment field
will continue to be usable until we cut a new major version in some far
away future.

* The test `TestInterpolationWithTarget` still covers correct
interpolation of `${bundle.environment}`
## Changes
These tests were located in `bundle/tests/bundle` which meant they were
unable to reuse the helper functions defined in the `bundle/tests`
package. There is no need for these tests to live outside the package.
