Pieter Noordhuis	74b1e05ed7	Update Go SDK to v0.34.0 (#1256 ) ## Changes SDK release https://github.com/databricks/databricks-sdk-go/releases/tag/v0.34.0 This incorporates two changes to the generation code: * Use explicit empty check for response types (see https://github.com/databricks/databricks-sdk-go/pull/831) * Support subservices for the settings commands (see https://github.com/databricks/databricks-sdk-go/pull/826) As part of the subservices support, this change also updates how methods are registered with their services. This used to be done with `init` functions and now through inline function calls.
