Add missing `.gitignore` to dbt-sql and default-sql templates (#2356) 
## Changes

Added missing .gitignore files to templates

## Tests

There were some incorrect snapshots of gitignore files in acceptance
tests, probably generated by testing infra. Updated them to new files
