Fix tests under ./cmd/configure if DATABRICKS_TOKEN is set (#605) 
## Changes

The assertions would fail because `DATABRICKS_TOKEN` overrides a token
set in the profile.

## Tests

Tests now pass if `DATABRICKS_TOKEN` is set.

build

This project is in Public Preview.

This CLI is packaged as a dependency-free binary executable and may be located in any directory. See https://github.com/databricks/cli/releases for releases and the docs pages for installation instructions.
